How do I find a Timeworks clock ?

What if I can't find a dealer in my area?

Many Timeworks dealers maintain websites where products may be purchased and shipped. Please use your search engine to look for Timeworks products.

My clock won't keep time. What should I do?

Install a new battery that has not reached its "expiration date." Make sure that the battery has been installed in the proper direction, and is properly seated in the clock movement.

The pendulum on my clock won't swing. What should I do?

Make sure that the hanger on your pendulum is properly placed in the center of the hook on the clock movement. Make sure that your clock is hanging flush against the wall. If your wall has a texture or uneven surface, you may wish to hang your clock in another area to ensure proper movement of the pendulum. Make sure that your clock is hung straight, with the number 12 exactly above the number 6.

How should I hang my clock ?

Most all Timeworks clocks can be hung with a nail or screw. When hanging a clock in drywall, please use caution in choosing one large enough to support the weight of the clock. Clocks that have more specific hanging requirements will come with the appropriate hanging hardware.

Can I buy a clock directly from Timeworks ?

Unfortunately, Timeworks does not sell directly to the public. Please visit our Store Locator to find a dealer in your area.

Can I get any clock dial in any style?

Many of our clock faces come in different sizes. However, components and dials are not interchangeable. Clocks come as shown on the website.

I don't see a clock I am looking for on your website. Is it still available?

We make every effort to keep our website up to date. Most likely if a clock is not pictured here it has been discontinued.
